Is the price per person or per bay?
Your reservation is priced per bay, per hour. Up to 4 players can share a bay at no additional per-player charge. Summer rates are $20/hour regular and $15/hour for members, plus tax. Check the booking system for the rate that applies to your session.
How far ahead can I book?
Regular bookings open up to 5 days ahead. Members can book up to 21 days ahead. Please reserve at least 30 minutes before your start time so the automated systems have time to prepare.
Can I cancel or reschedule?
Cancel at least 24 hours before your tee time for a refund to the original payment method. Refunds can take up to 7 business days. To reschedule, cancel your original reservation and make a new booking. Cancellations or rescheduling are not available within 24 hours of your session.
Manage your bookingWhich bay should I choose?
All four bays use Trackman iO and accommodate right- and left-handed golfers. Bays 2, 3, and 4 are 15 feet wide. Bay 1 is 14 feet wide and has more limited clearance: if you are over 5′8″ or have a wider swing, choose another bay.
YOUR FIRST VISIT
How do I get into the facility?
Book and pay online, then keep your Service Confirmation email handy. Tap its OPEN DOOR button to unlock the entrance. Access starts 10 minutes before your tee time and ends 10 minutes after your session. Your simulator starts at your reserved time. A valid reservation is required to enter.
Do I need to bring my own clubs?
Yes. Bring your own golf clubs; rentals are not available. Wear clean, non-marking athletic shoes and keep outdoor dirt off the turf.
Are you really open 24/7?
Yes. The automated facility is open for reserved play 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Customer support has separate, limited hours; 24/7 play does not mean a staff member is always on site.

Sign in to your Trackman account at the simulator to keep your session data together and follow your progress between visits. You can use any of our iO bays.
PLAYING TOGETHER
Can beginners and children play?
Yes. Virtual courses, practice modes, and games offer ways to play at different skill levels. Guests under 18 must be supervised by an adult. Only one person may be in the hitting area at a time.
Can we bring food or drinks?
Light food and non-alcoholic drinks are welcome. Keep them off the turf and leave your bay clean for the next group. Alcohol, smoking, and vaping are not permitted inside or outside the facility.
How many people can share a bay?
Up to 4 players may share each bay. Give the golfer plenty of space, and keep everyone else outside the hitting area during a swing.
